Rates: The contract rates are nett non-commissionable per room per night, and are in Fijian Dollars. They are TIP (Tax Inclusive Price), the applicable Fiji Government Taxes are currently at 15% VAT. Likuri Island Resort reserves the right to adjust rates in the middle of a contract year if Government imposed taxes are increased, we agree to keep our tax exclusive price unchanged.
Star Rating: Likuri Island Resort is a self-rated 3-star Resort. All brochures and promotional material must reflect this unless expressed written consent is given to advertise otherwise.
Check-in/Check-out: Check in time is 12pm. Check out time is 8am. It is important that check-out times be adhered to.
Early Check-in (non-commissionable): Early Check-ins from 8am (subject to boat transfer availability) can be pre-booked at additional cost. The Early Check In room may not necessarily be your chosen room category and room number, due to availability on any given day.
Late Check-out (non-commissionable): Late Check Out until 2pm can be pre-booked at additional cost. Late Check Out room may not necessarily be your chosen room category and room number, due to availability on any given day.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations received for stays booked within 21 days of arrival will be charged 100% fees.
Within cancellation, no change of dates allowed, any reduction in number of nights, cancellation fees apply. No refund will be given for late arrivals, no shows or premature departures.
Cancellation requests must be received in writing by email to res@likurifiji.com and will be acknowledged with a cancellation reference.
Travel Insurance: To avoid disappointments due to inclement weather, force majeure events and flight delays or cancellations, we recommend that clients purchase travel insurance prior to departure. At the moment the Fiji government is requiring Travel insurance. Please refer to the regulations as these are subject to change.
Passenger Responsibility: (a) Please be advised that the Resort will not accept any responsibility for any passenger loss of or damage to personal equipment or property whilst staying in the Resort or during participation in any activity. (b) Passengers are required to follow any directions which may be given whilst staying in the Resort or whilst participating in activities. (c) The Resort will not accept any responsibility for any delay, additional expense or inconvenience which may be caused directly or indirectly by events outside of the Resort’s control, i.e., late flights, civil disturbances, acts of God or equipment failure.
