Tour Terms and Conditions
Tour rates are valid from 1 April 2024 - 31 March 2025. Tour rates may be altered without notice. All rates include Fiji Government Taxes: VAT (15%)
Child Policy: Child rates apply to children aged 4 -12 yrs inclusive. Children aged 13 yrs and over are charged as adults. Children aged 3yrs and under are FREE.
Group Discount: Bookings for groups of 10 adults or more are entitled to a 10% discount off the rack rate price.
Tour Cancellation Policy: Cancellations received outside 24 Hours prior to pick-up time receive a full refund. No refund will be given for cancellations received within 24 Hours of pick-up time.
Group Cancellation Policy: A Party of 10 people or more is considered a group. Cancellation received outside 48 Hours will receive a full refund. Cancellation received within 48 Hours of pick-up will be charged 50% as a cancellation fee. No refund will be given for cancellations received within 24 Hours or pick up time.
Best rate guarantee: If you find a cheaper published tour rate, we will beat rate by 10% provided the validity, terms and conditions and tour product are identical. Proof must be emailed to reservations (e.g. screen shot or photograph of the cheaper offer).
Substitutions: All activities including watersports, snorkeling, and land based activities are subject to weather conditions, and activities may be substituted without notice if deemed necessary by management. Lovo and other lunch items may be substituted for a BBQ Lunch if numbers are low.
Tour Cancellations: Management reserves the right to cancel tours if minimum numbers are not met (15 adults). Robinson Crusoe Island Resort management reserves the right to cancel tours due to adverse weather conditions such as cyclones, flooding and other acts of nature over which the resort has no control.
Travel Insurance: We recommend all guests purchase travel insurance prior to departure to avoid disappointments due to flight delays, cancellations, or other events beyond our control.
Passenger Responsibility: (a) Please be advised that the Resort will not accept any responsibility for any loss of or damage to personal equipment or property whilst staying in the Resort or during participation in any activity. (b) Guests are required to follow any directions which may be given whilst staying in the Resort or whilst participating in activities. (c) The Resort will not accept any responsibility for any delay, additional expense or inconvenience which may be caused directly or indirectly by events outside of the Resort’s control, ie. late flights, civil disturbances, acts of God or equipment failure.
